We’re always looking for talented vendors to join our family. Whether you specialize in vintage treasures, handmade jewelry, upcycled furniture, or boutique fashion, we have a spot for you.

Riverfront Antiques
Located at 243 5th Avenue South, our antique mall features our signature “Integrated Antiquing™” style. We’re looking for high-quality antiques, collectibles, Pyrex, handmade items, and unique vintage pieces. Please note: overly crafty items, glassware, and plastic shelving are not permitted. We maintain a high standard of quality to preserve the feel of the store.

Boutiques at Riverfront
Located at 212 5th Avenue South, this is our fashion-forward space. We specialize in women’s clothing and accessories. The more unique the item, the faster it sells! We provide black velvet hangers and clothing racks. Please no inexpensive items—we’re all about quality and style.

Riverfront Marketplace
Located at 216 5th Avenue South, this space offers a wonderful variety—from handcrafted goods and Amish items to vintage finds. We love the eclectic feel of a true marketplace. If you provide your own shelving, please follow the “no plastic” rule to keep things looking beautiful.

How It Works

Becoming a vendor is easy:

  1. Download the Vendor Agreement using the button below

  2. Print it out and fill in your information

  3. Bring it by the location where you’d like to vend

Our team will help you get set up, answer any questions, and schedule a time to bring in your items.

Important Details at a Glance

  • Term: Initial agreement is for 2 months, automatically renewing

  • Payment: Monthly rent due on the 1st; sales checks mailed between the 20th-25th

  • Rent Options: Gallery space (per square foot) or Premium flat-rate spaces available

  • Commission: 20% of gross sales on a monthly basis

  • Consignment Items: 50/50 split on consignment-only pieces

  • Markdowns: After 60 days, items may be marked down 25% per month until sold

  • Quality Standards: All items must be tagged, priced, cleaned, and ready for display
