In-Store Pickup: Many items may be picked up at our downtown Clinton locations during regular business hours.

Third-Party Delivery (Caffeine & Cotton): For your convenience, we offer delivery through DoorDash for Caffeine & Cotton orders. Please note:

Once your order is handed over to DoorDash, it is subject to DoorDash’s terms and conditions.
Delivery fees, wait times, and availability are determined by DoorDash.
We are not responsible for delays, issues, or damages once the order is in DoorDash’s possession.
For delivery-related concerns, please contact DoorDash directly.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return policies may vary slightly by location. Please contact the specific store for their return policy.

Antiques & Marketplace Items: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your items at the time of purchase.
Boutique Items: Returns may be accepted within a reasonable timeframe for unused items with original tags. Contact ER Boutiques for details.
Caffeine & Cotton: Food and beverage items are final sale.
Event Center Tickets: Ticket sales are generally final. Please check your event details carefully.

Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are a vendor at any Everything Riverfront location, your vendor agreement governs your relationship with us. Please refer to that agreement for specific terms regarding your space, sales, and payments.
